Terms of Business

Our charges are fixed price with no hidden charges so you’ll always know exactly what you’ll be paying.

All payments will be taken by direct debit.

Payment for monthly services are due at the end of each month for the work carried out in the preceding month.

If your business changes significantly, we will review the price, but will give you at least one month’s written notice of any increase and will suggest ways in which the same cost could be maintained.

You can cancel at any time. Monthly fees are a pro-rata of the total charges incurred over a 12 month period. Depending on the date of cancellation, a cancellation fee may be charged to take account of services that have already been provided but not yet paid for.

We will exercise our statutory right to claim interest and compensation for debt recovery costs under the late payment legislation if we are not paid according to any agreed credit terms.

We are required by law to verify the identity of all clients in line with the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 and Money Laundering Regulations 2007. This may involve the use of a third party data provider.
